Another really awesome sauce! I used it as a dipping sauce for my homemade chicken nuggets. You can definitely pick out the flavors. Raspberry has always been a favorite of mine.

There isn't a hot sauce that Zac at HDSC Puts out that isn't absolutely amazing. I have over 100 plus bottles of various sauces from all over and HDSC is the best hands down.

Wow, was this a surprise. I had never ordered before from HDSC, and did not know what a Chamoy sauce was, but was I pleasantly surprised for this awesome sweeter hot sauce. Great mixture and the touch of really good honey so makes this really differently good. I didn't have any chocolate cake around, but I am so going to get some and try this next time with my fun deserts. Great job and unique sauce!!!
NMC….this is an absolute must have in your hot sauce line up!! If you love a sweet sauce with a decent burn,this hits..this is great on a peanut butter sandwich as an alternative to jelly. Will be keeping this in my rotation for sure!
First let me say I didn’t receive Not Mamas Chamoy. I was sent Ghostly Prick, which I’m not upset about. The Ghostly Prick went great in a Brunswick stew I made over the weekend. Just the right amount of heat!

This sauce is insane! It is so raspberry forward and is delicious on everything. My mouth is on fire, but I can't stop putting it on everything.
This stuff is dangerously good. Perfect balance of sweet and heat—the raspberry actually comes through instead of getting buried. I’ve been throwing it on pizza, wings, even breakfast sandwiches. Doesn’t taste cheap or artificial at all. Easy 5 stars.

I ordered the After Dark Adobo and the Raspberry Hot Honey, both have amazing flavor profiles, and both are brutally hot. Normally products that are this hot lack in flavor, but High Desert Sauce Company masterfully balances flavor and heat. Personally I think the After Dark Adobo tastes more like a Mole than an Adobo, but I'm not complaining either way. And the raspberries really come through on the raspberry hot honey, this one would shine even brighter on or in something smoked. I am a sauce maker myself, and rarely buy sauces, but High Desert Sauce Co. Is among the brands that I will be buying again.

It's all very good! Textured no Preservatives, no gums or processed sugars. What's not to like! I Look forward to the new branded names of not mama's chamoy and the Adobo. The Raspberry comes through with the smoky Adobo alternating both.
